Registered Massage Therapy

• 60 minutes $145 + HST
• 45 minutes $120 + HST
• 30 minutes $80 + HST

Osteopathic Manual Therapy

• 60 minutes $145 + HST
• 45 minutes $120 + HST
• 30 minutes $80 + HST

Payment and Cancellation Notice

• Payment Options

  • Payment is due at the end of each appointment. Cash, Master Card, Visa, Debit, E-Transfer are all accepted payment methods. Direct billing is available for many insurance providers.
  • Registered Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manual Therapy are covered under most extended health care benefit plans. It is helpful for me to know your value of coverage when creating your Therapeutic Wellness Action Plan, to ensure that we can maximize our sessions within your available coverage.
  • I am an active member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO). A receipt will be issued to you outlining the services and fees for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  
  

  • Cancellation Policy

    • 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all appointments. This is marked by notification of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time by phone, email or text message.
    • Missed appointments are considered cancellation with less than 24 hours notification, or without any notification.
    • Missed appointments will be subject to full charge of scheduled service fees and will be invoiced immediately with promt payment expected. A receipt will be issued to you for payment, however it will not covered for reimbursement by your insurance provider.
