What should I expect in a treatment?

During a treatment it is recommended to wear non-restrictive clothing, as the client will remain clothed for the entirety of the appointment. A typical appointment begins with a dicussion of health history and primary concerns to identify therapeutic goals. A series of assessments will be performed usually in standing, seated, and laying down positions, which will help to build an indices of findings and develop the treatment plan following a methodology. Clients report a sense of stillness and relaxation throughout the treatment, which will include gentle hands-on techniques and integration.

What should I expect after a treatment?

Benefits of treatment may include feelings of deep restoration, rejuvenation, improved posture, a decrease in pain perception and an increase in mobility and flexibility, along with many additional benefits throughout all systems of the body. It can be helpful to consider committing to 1-3 sessions for optimal results, and ongoing as needed for general maintenance, injury prevention, rehabilitative recovery, and to maintain balance and harmony within the systems overall.
